Welcome to women@thewell

women@thewell are working hard to ensure we can provide support for all the women who access our services, ensuring that everyone is safe and supported.

Our Outreach Team are continuing to operate in North London at this time.

Throughout this winter period we are offering a daily drop in service, which will run in accordance the current Government Covid-19 guidance.

We will be welcoming a smaller number of women into the building. This means there may be occasions where you may have to wait, or come to another session that day or the next day. However, we are working hard to ensure you are seen - and that we can offer you support and advocacy.

It is important that we are all safe, and therefore we will be asking that you keep a distance of two meters where possible and wear a mask, unless you are exempt. Staff and volunteers will be wearing masks and visors. We can provide you with a mask on arrival. Where possible and if it is safe for you to do so, we will ask you to check into the centre and use the Government track and trace system.

From Monday 1st of February our drop in sessions will run Monday to Friday;

10am until 4pm

We will be offering prepared meals, and hot drinks. If you are rough sleeping, we can book you a slot to use the shower facilities and laundry. If you are new to our service, please contact us to arrange a welcome meeting.

If you are already working with us and are in need of urgent support, or finding the lockdown difficult you can get in touch with your advocacy and support worker. This can be done by phone or by coming to the project. We are offering one to one sessions in person, or on the phone which will be arranged according to safety and your personal circumstances.
